Animals in translation

Temple Grandin is an expert in animal science. What is amazing about her career is that she is autistic. She is able to connect with animals in an unusual way and actually can tell how animals think and feel. She feels that autistic people can think the way animals do and, in fact, views autism as a kind of way station on the road from animals to humans. After thirty years of study Temple Grandin can demonstrate how animals experience pain, fear, aggression, love, friendship, communication and learning.
