Halloween rain

Buffy the Vampire Slayer and her friends have their hands full trying to deal with the ghouls who crawl out of their lairs ready to party on October 31, but things get worse when a cloudburst brings to life the legend of the scarecrow who turns murderous after being soaked by a Halloween rain.
