Children first

Children first is above all a call to action. It boldly spells out: What specific policies our cociety must adopt in order to descriminate in favor of the children and teh grownups who care for them; how measures like paid parenetal leave and universal preschool will actually end up saving us money; why "family friendly" workplaces and communities turn out to be good for employers and ordinary taxpayers.
