Aza's singing is the fairest in the land but she does not posses the other prized quality: beauty. When Aza becomes the queen's lady-in-waiting, she is challenged by the queen's dangerous demands that throw her into a maze of magic, jealousy and intrigue. Aza must try to save herself and her beloved kingdom.
