Franklin's Bicycle Helmet

When Franklin outgrows his old bicycle helmet, his mom takes him to get a new one. He chooses a flashy one and overhears his friends making fun of that same helmet. He lies and says his bike has a flat tire and he can't ride in the safety rally until later when his friend Rabbit finds it hidden in the bushes.
