Fear nothing

Christopher Snow's condition makes it impossible for him to be out in sunlight, so he spends his nights wandering around Moonlight Bay observing the nocturnal habits of his neighbors, and when he witnesses a bizarre crime, he realizes he is the only one who can solve it.
