Lost in the Barrens

Jamie McNair, an orphaned teen, has to leave his upper-class boarding school to live with an uncle in the wilderness in Manitoba, Canada, where he befriends a Cree Indian boy, and when the boys get lost in the wilderness, they must put aside their prejudice toward one another's culture in order to survive the brutal conditions.
