Conan and Rachel investigate the death of a video game player at the local arcade and Jimmy begins to suspect that Rachel's English teacher might be an enemy agent.

Conan must try to solve a murder that was committed at a museum, copying a scene from a gruesome painting, while his friends from grade school find a treaure map that may only lead to trouble.

Attacked by a mobster and fed a chemical that turns him physically into a little boy, crime solving teenager Jimmy Kudo sets out to find his assailant and return to his normal size before his budding relationship with his crush, Rachel, fades into a memory.
