+Anima / Mukai, Natsumi

Cooro realizes that an angel is actually an +Anima, and the +Anima, mad he was discovered, turns the people of the town against Cooro by convincing them he is a messenger of death.

When the children learn that Husky has been stolen and sold to a low-ranking noble, Cooro and Nana set out to rescue Husky, even if the danger is far greater than they anticipated.

Senri joins Igneous and his troops on their search for the Kim-un-kur without success; but when Senri mysteriously collapses, the Kim-un-kur suddenly reveal themselves.

Husky, Senri, Nana, and Cooro happen upon an apple orchard owned by a lonely woman named Emma, who invites them all to stay with her, but only Cooro is willing to stay and must choose between having Emma as his new mother and staying with the group.

The group finally reaches Astaria, where the truth of Cooro's past is revealed and the news of Cooro and Fry's relationship threatens to tear the team apart.

The party, led by Igneous, come across a bear in the mountains just as something goes wrong with Senri and he collapses. The Kim-un-kur let Igneous and his troops into their camp because they are concerned about Senri...but their chief, Mukar, tells them that he has no intention of changing their relations with Astaria. While in the camp, Cooro and company learn that the Kim-un-kur treat +Anima with great respect, as people who have been gifted with the power of nature.

Cooro finds himself in the town of Maggie Vit and considers participating in the non-lethal fighting match at the coliseum.

The +Animas are forced to unite when Gooro is tricked into helping a nearby town. After crossing paths with a new +Anima, however, the sting of betrayal may tear the group apart.

When Cooro, a +Anima, vanishes in a mysterious manor, Husky, Senri, and Nana try to find him. They encounter a giant bee, join a gang, and fight a dragon.
