Haine asks Shizumasa and Takanari's grandfather to release the twins from their fate. She agrees to undergo the same trial the twins went through to determine the Togu heir unaware that a former friend is out for her life.

After being kicked out of student council, Haine seeks out her birth father to deal with her problems.

Learning the truth of her parentage and her adoption causes Haine to revert to her yanki ways, rejoining her gang and coming up with a plan to kidnap her mother from the Kamiya mansion, but the twins stand in her way.
