Fairies and the quest for Never Land / Levine, Gail Carson

Gwendolyn Carlisle, who loves fairies very much, after receiving a special necklace, the one Peter Pan gave to Wendy Darling, for her birthday finds herself in Never Land where the fairies are trying to stop the destruction of Fairy Haven and Never Land.

Gwendolyn Carlisle, a descendant of Wendy Darling, is whisked away to Never Land by Peter Pan, where she immediately sets out to find fairies, but Fairy Haven is in an uproar over the escape of the evil dragon Kyto, and Gwendolyn must wait for the fairies to decide whether she will be a help or a hindrance.

After receiving the "kiss" necklace that Peter Pan originally gave to her ancestor, Gwendolyn Carlisle has a vision of Fairy Haven and its inhabitants. When Peter Pan finally comes for her, Gwendolyn soon finds herself in Never Land and on a quest to help the fairies recapture a dragon who has gotten loose.
