High school junior Carmen, trying to figure out a way to get into a premier fashion and design school, follows her teacher's advice to help plan a school dance with the SoBees, the school's group of mean girls, and finds herself worn out by her new responsibilities and the drama that unfolds when Amigas Incorporated agrees to throw a double quince for two cousins who are very competitive.
Fresh from the spotlight of their first television experience, the Amigas Inc. team is back, but the heat is always on in Miami and when they get hired to do an unusual quince for a bratty debutante, the temperature goes sky high.
