Ernest series

Presents a children's book for early readers about a rooster named Elston who assumes the other animals don't like him because he wakes them up every morning, but a little donkey named Elston convinces him otherwise.

On Christmas Eve, Ernest the miniature donkey teams up with the rest of the barnyard animals to help the draft horse Chester when he runs into trouble in the snow.

Ernest, a scruffy, little donkey, has been longing for a best friend, so he is very excited when Twist, a big, beautiful show horse, comes to live on the farm, but Twist is not at all sure he wants to be friends with Ernest until he truly gets to know the happy, enthusiastic donkey.

Ernest has an itch that is so big it causes an earthquake which throws Chipper and his sister's world upside down while they search for a way to for Ernest to scratch his itch.

Ernest doesn't like being so small, but when he tries to look taller to impress his friends, he learns an important lesson about true happiness.
