Vampires and humans coexist in harmony in Morganville until a filmmaker working on a documentary on vampires goes missing, and Claire Danvers and her friends must handle the consequences.

College student Claire Danvers discovers that an extreme sport pitting vampire against vampire--and sometimes vampire against human--is being broadcast on the internet from Morganville,Texas.

While developing a new system to maintain defenses in Morganville, Texas, Claire Danvers discovers a way to amplify vampire mental powers which has a side-effect of causing residents--both human and vampire--to forget who they are.

Claire Danvers and her friends decide to take a stand against Bishop, the evil vampire who has disturbed the peace in Morganville, Texas, aware that even if they are victorious the local vampires may not be willling to give up the power they enjoy under Bishop's rule.
