Local witch Serenity "Sere" Rose keeps a cartoon journal of her life in Crestfallen. She'd prefer to be reclusive, but it seems that everyone is always making unwanted and unapprec iated demands on her time.

A mysterious witch has been attacking Crestfallen's local witch Serenity Rose and using her dreams to set loose bloodthirsty monsters on the town to maim, kill, and terrify everyone. Serenity must find a way to stop the attacks before the police arrest, or kill, her for the crimes.
