White House advisor Jon Bennett arrives in the Middle East in hopes of closing an Arab-Israeli peace deal which would require the historic enemies to work together to tap into a newly discovered tract of oil and natural gas deep beneath the Mediterranean--a venture the U.S. has promised to underwrite for billions of dollars, but there are those who do not want to see the plan succeed.
