Revolution 2.0

the power of the people is greater than the people in power : a memoir
2013
Wael Ghonim was a little-known, thirty-year-old Google employee in the summer of 2010 when he protested the death of one Egyptian man through a Facebook page. The page's following quickly expanded and moved from online to a nonconfrontational movement and on January 25, 2011 Tahir Square in Egypt was crowded with people calling for change. As the revolution began in earnest, he was arrested and held for twelve days of interrogation. Upon his release he gave a speech on national television and four days later Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak was gone.
