Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and the gang investigate the mysterious happenings thought to be the work of a ghost when they visit Velma's Aunt Meg in Banning Junction for Halloween.

On their way to visit Daphne's uncle on Christmas Eve, the Mystery Inc. crew becomes stranded in the town of Winter Hollow, which is being terrorized by a monster Snow Man. Scooby, Shaggy and the rest of the gang investigate the truth behind the frozen horror.
