The networking event finally comes to a close with Shin, Izumi, and Kagurazuka competing against each other in the high jump; Ashiya wonders about her feelings for Sano; and Nakatsu's mother visits him on campus.

When a sports reporter comes looking for a story on Izumi, Mizuki tries to keep her own secrets hidden, while Nakatsu, unaware that Mizuki's is actually a cross-dressing girl, continues to struggle with his feelings for "him".

With her secret revealed, Mizuki tries to hold on to the friendships she has made and figure out what will happen with her relationship with Sano.

As Valentine's Day arrives, Noe receives a special gift, Nakao tells Minami how he feels, and Mizuki grows closer to Sano and has an encounter that brings her more conflict over whether to tell him she is really a girl.

Sano's little brother Shin is determined to beat his older brother at the high jump, and Shin's coach, who is also Sano and Shin's father, is doing nothing to stop the boys' bitter rivalry.

Mizuki, posing as a boy in order to attend an all-male high school where she can be close to her idol, high jumper Izumi Sano, feels threatened when suave photographer Akiha Hara wants her to model, while Nakatsu and the rest of the student body are terrorized by a power-mad teacher.

While Sano worries about his younger brother who ran away, he finds out a picture of him with Minami and Nakatsu is in a fashion magazine, making them very popular with the girls.

When Julia declares herself to be Mizuki's girlfriend, hoping to get a reaction of jealousy from Sano, Mizuki's classmates take it as a challenge and start hitting on the transfer student. Then, Mizuki's secret is once again endangered when the whole class takes a school trip to the hot springs at Hokkaido.

Mizuki has a close call when a fellow student nearly catches her changing, causing rampant rumors there is a girl on campus, and she must find a way to keep her identity, and gender, a secret before her plan is ruined.

When Nakatsu's mother informs him that she wants him to return home after graduation and take over the family business, Nakatsu must decide if he is willing to give up his dream of becoming a soccer star in order to take care of his family. Meanwhile, Nakao confesses his love to upperclassman Minami.
