Footsteps sounded against the concrete. Lucy shifted her postiion so she could see into the aisle. Norman was walking toward them with long, deliberate strides. He was a powerful man who could knock anyone out with one chop to the neck. Lucy's stomach tightened and shivers ran up her back. Lucy has a summer job teaching riding to the Mosedale children of their estate on Shelby Island. There is only one problem--somebody is trying to kill one of the Mosesdales and there is talk of a hidden treasure in the house.
Lucy is on vacation in Beverly Hills visiting her father, a TV producer. She is allowed to act as a stunt rider in his series, but someone's pulling some dangerous stunts on the set and the whole cast is in danger. Lucy could be the next victim.
