Collects no. 584-588 of "Amazing Spider-Man," as well as stories from other comics, in which Spider-Man tries to protect politicians from the Menace and the Chameleon, while at the same time attempting to avoid the police who want to arrest him for murder.

Spider-Man is forced to adapt to new situations and tries to learn the identity of the Menace while finding out who is behind the Spider-Tracer killings and anticipating the outcome of the campaign for mayor.
