In 1943 Ontario, six girls fresh out of high school live and work together on a farm as part of the Farm Service Force, taking the roles of the men who were fighting in the war abroad.

Cameron's got problems at school, problems with a bully and problems with his sister. But those are nothing compared to the problem in his bathroom. A boa constrictor is loose in Cam's apartment building, and he keeps poking his head up in the toilet!.
