Charles, a young man who has grown up on the verge of trouble in a tube house in Bunker City, is surprised when his father shows up and invites him and his brothers to take a vacation trip to Beanstalk City where the high-tech elevator transport to the moon is located, but he is not at all shocked to discover his dad's motives are less than pure.
