The Borribles, a group of outcasts and runaways that live in the shadows of London, are being driven out of the city by a secret section of the police known as the Special Borrible Group, but their journey is complicated when along the way they need to escort Sam the horse to Neasden.

In the unspecified future in London, a war erupts between the Borribles, a gang of creatures who formerly were children, and their arch enemies, the Rumbles.
