Chalotte, a Borrible from Whitechapel, almost dies on the Great Rumble Hunt, and swears she will never go on adventures with the runaways again, but when the group finds out that Sam the horse is in danger, they have no choice but to help their friend.

The Borribles, a group of outcasts and runaways that live in the shadows of London, are being driven out of the city by a secret section of the police known as the Special Borrible Group, but their journey is complicated when along the way they need to escort Sam the horse to Neasden.
