The human colony on the planet Argo has always relied on the technology left behind by an alien race to thrive, but when an archaeology team accidentally activates a weapon with the power to destroy the universe, the Argo government must send a crew in search of the mythical Spider Star, also created by the alien race, to try and find a way to stop it.
