Guinea pigs Fuzzy and Coco find the perfect luxury guinea pig hotel online and their humans decide to send them there to save their pets from a rash of pet-nappings, but the fuzzy friends find it a major disappointment when they arrive. The horrible human in charge of the hotel, Nasty Nigel, seems to be up to no good, and the guinea pigs, along with a few friends, plan to get to the bottom of things.

The guinea pigs head to Peru, where Eduardo and the rest of the gang must find the Christmas Cocoa Bean after it is stolen, and, if they cannot find it, Christmas could be ruined.
