Indi Wilcox, a caseworker with Miracles, an organization that grants wishes to terminally ill children, has a rule against dating race-car drivers, especially ones who disappoint her kids, but she finds her resolve weakening when she is forced to work with NASCAR bad boy Todd Peters.
