After a vaccine to a terrible virus causes superpowered side-effects in some teenage Americans, the new superheroes are given an ultimatum by the government: serve the country with their amazing abilities, or be declared traitors. Some, however, have decided on a third way: a life of crime. Ciere Giba is one such superpowered teenage criminal, who teams up with others to discover the formula to the vaccine that gave them their powers.
