This book introduces beginning readers to letters, and how to sign them using American Sign Language (ASL), the language commonly used by the deaf community. With a foundation in letters, kids can sign any word they can spell. Each letter is accompanied by a photograph to aid in word recognition and illustrations and pictures of the correct hand placement and movement for the ASL translation.
