When Clark Kent arrives in Metropolis and sets about cleaning up the corrupt city as Superman, he finds himself battling crooks, soldiers, and policemen, but scientist Lex Luthor is determined to uncover the hero's secrets and bring an end to his good deeds. Meanwhile, a threat to both Superman and the Earth is hurtling through space toward the planet.

The Flash tests his super speed abilities against supervillain Mob Rule, who can be everywhere at once, in order to protect Central City, but to be successful, Flash will need to improve his brain.
