Storm Cliff Stables

The Core Four--Avery, Bree, Esha, and Jaelyn, campers at Storm Cliff Stables--discover that someone has been cutting down trees on Aunt Jane's property just as an old friend and neighbor of hers is pushing to buy a piece of her land.

Khadija is missing her family who are in Pakistan, but when Aunt Jane announces that she is marrying her long time boyfriend, Clyde, Khadija assumes the role of wedding planner--but counselor Layla is behaving strangely and Khadija is convinced that she is planning to sabotage the wedding.

Avery Donaldson and her three best friends are happy to be at Storm Cliff Stables for the summer, especially since gold medalist Anna Wainwright is supposed to be there to give riding lessons--but Anna is nowhere to be found, and Avery is convinced something has happened to her hero.

Esha and her best friends, Avery, Bree, and Jaelyn, are set for a great summer at Storm Cliff Stables improving their riding skills until Esha tells a ghost story around the campfire that has everybody jumping at shadows, and blaming the imaginary ghost for anything that goes wrong.
