Twins Meg and Charlie move to their great-great-aunt's run-down hotel and plan to transform their new home into a hotel for pets.

The Pet Hotel's newest guest is also its most unique! Chance is a Seeing Eye mini pony. He helps his blind owner get from place to place, just like a Seeing Eye dog would. At the hotel, he bonds with someone who could use his skills - Velvet the Persian show cat.

The next guest at the Pet Hotel is a tabby cat named Matilda. But Meg and Charlie are worried, because she doesn't want to play--all she wants to do is hide and nap! What's wrong with Matilda? In the meantime, Elvis the cockatiel is causing trouble during his stay..
