Third-grader Oscar Schmidt is a klutz, totally lacking in self-confidence, and gravity is his nemesis, all of which makes him a target for the school bullies--until he and his friend Asha find an abandoned train caboose and discover a bottle of Dr. Oopsie's Amazing Gravity Repellent, and suddenly everything changes.
