When Jack Frost steals three magical shells from the beaches of Rainspell Island, Joy starts to lose her ability to keep the summer vacation atmosphere nice.

When the evil Jack Frost sends the Rainbow Fairies away, Rachel and Kirsty hope that a merry-go-round that transports them to a magical world will lead them to Heather.

Seven sisters who are known as the Rainbow Fairies color Fairyland with bright hues. But when Jack Frost sends them some distance away, Fairyland may remain gray forever. Only Sky the Blue Fairy can help them and they must find her soon.

Friends Rachel and Kirsty, vacationing with their parents on Rainspell Island, go looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and instead find Ruby, one of the rainbow fairies who have been banished from Fairyland by Jack Frost, and promise to help unite all seven sisters and restore color to their world.
