Loki has been punished for the death of Baldur, but Ragnarok has begun--the final battle between the Giants and the gods of Asgard in which the gods, and the old world will be destroyed.

In this graphic retelling of the Norse myth, Odin and his wife Frigg try to protect their beloved son Baldur, whose death will herald Ragnarok, the Twilight of the Gods, but it is impossible to outwit prophecy, and the bitter Loki finds the one thing in the world that can kill Baldur.

With his mighty hammer Mjolnir firmly in hand, Thor sets out to show the warlike Giants why he should be feared, but Thor finds his battles with the Giants to be anything but easy. Known for his strength, bullheadedness, and temper, Thor finds himself under the thumb of a giant before his adventures are over. Unfortunately, Thor's adopted brother, Loki, a Giant himself, has a habit of complicating everything. Written in graphic-novel format.

In this graphic novel adapted from Norse mythology, Thor and Loki journey to the land of the giants in order to teach them a lesson, but get tricked by the magic of the giant Utgarda-Loki into competing in a number of impossible challenges.
