Ashley Small & Ashlee Tall

With gymnastics class going into a four week break, best friends Ashley Sanchez and Ashlee Taylor plan a sleepover with their new friends Sophie and Prisha--but they have very different ideas about what fun activities to plan for.

Ashley has a baby brother Sam who is cute because he is just beginning to talk, but is also cranky because his teeth are erupting; Ashlee has a twelve-year-old sister who can be fun, but also often ignores her younger sister--so the eight-year-old friends cannot decide which of them has a worse sibling situation.

Ever since the Taylors moved out of the apartment building Ashley Sanchez and Ashlee Taylor have been looking for something they could do together. They try basketball and painting class, but somehow their skills do not quite match.

Born only six months apart, and living in the same apartment building for eight years, Ashley Sanchez and Ashlee Taylor have always been best friends--but now Ashlee's family is moving to a house, and even though it is only three blocks away, it feels to Ashley as if their friendship is in serious jeopardy.
