Ten years ago, the Ninja Nexus Prism appeared and chose Master Dane to protect the galaxy. Now it's up to his son Brody and a group of teenagers to figh the monsters and save the day. With Ninja Nexus powers, they can do anything, as long as they work together.

The Power Rangers face off against Galvanax himself but Galvanax is afraid he can't defeat all five of them at once so he leaves the monster Slogre in his place. Meanwhile, Preston keeps working on his magic skills. He learns that they are magnified by the Ninja Steel, and only work when he is helping others--not showing off.

The Power Rangers use their Ninja Power Stars to harness the powers of fire, water, earth, the forest, and metal to defeat evil. But Brody isn't used to working as a team, and relies on his Datacom to defeat any monster. But when his Datacom falls into the wrong hands, he realizes he has what it takes to be a Power Ranger and rushes to help the others defeat Spinferno.
