Tomas has come to learn that caring for and training a dragon is not easy, and keeping it out of trouble at home and school is even harder. However, Tomas has a bigger problem--the dragon fruit tree looks unwell. He and his friends will have to figure out how to save the tree before it's too late.

Tomas takes a funny fruit from a tree in his grandfather's garden, but he doesn't expect it to contain a tiny dragon. Soon Tomas's life changes as he tries to look after Flicker while also harvesting more dragonfruits.
