When it is first announced, Chicken Little is not interested in the marathon featuring Hare--until the rest of the flock falls for Hare's fraudulent methods and she becomes determined to prove that Hare is a total fraud.

When Chicken Little runs into the Big Bad Wolf (literally), her first instinct is to fly, like the other chickens, but she decides to investigate instead--and finds that this particular wolf is not interested in eating chickens, he is just looking for a place to call home.

Chicken Little is NOT afraid of anything. Well, okay, maybe a mysterious BONK to the head can produce panic. But only momentarily. It's not as though she meant to send the barnyard into a tailspin, thinking that the sky was falling. How ridiculous! But can she calm her feathered friends with facts and reason?.
