Building character through literature

Profiles fifty novels for grades 4-8 that present character traits worth emulating. Each profile discusses a novel's awards, characters, setting, plot, and vocabulary; presents discussion questions and project ideas; and provides information about the author, as well as comments from the author on the novel.
