BMX freestyler Joey Rail stops to help injured skateboarder Omar Grebes in the middle of a race, and learns Omar was pushed off the trail by members of the Collective, a team that is trying to keep a talented group of teens from uniting the pieces of Tony Hawk's legendary, and very powerful skateboard, which shattered right when Hawk landed the first-ever 900.
