A Hope in the unseen

The story of Cedric Jennings, a gifted inner city teenager at Ballou Senior High School, a crime-infested school in Washington, D.C. and his journey from extreme poverty to Brown University, where he thought he would find an end to his struggles. Instead, Cedric finds that he is far behind other freshmen academically and must continue his intellectual and social challenges, counting on his faith in God to pull him through.
