Descent into Paradise

Contains two stories that explore friendships confronting authority, including "Descent Into Paradise," in which Martin's unexpected friendship with a new kid from Afghanistan is torn apart after a brutal drug bust; and "A Place to Live," in which a sixteen-year-old aspiring filmmaker's project could get him kicked out of school and also risks exposing his feelings for his best friend, Evan.
