Examines the 1942 capture and trial of eight German terrorists who infiltrated the U.S. in order to destroy key installations across the country and the subsequent execution of six of them, and draws a parallel between that and the post-September 11, 2001 detention of enemy combatants at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
