The Battle of the Alamo

Presents, in graphic novel format, the story of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, during which a group of Texan freedom fighters took an ill-fated stand against the Mexican Army. "Remember the Alamo!" became the rallying cry from which Texas drew the strength to turn the tide of the war for its independence from Mexico.
