Poems that build character

Intended to enhance students' reading and writing skills and to develop their understanding and appreciation of the basic principles of good character. The poems were selected to represent a variety of poets, classical and modern, and each poem relates to a particular character trait. Includes accompanying activities that can be used in the study of any one or all of the character traits.
