Written by the BBC's State Department radio and TV correspondent from 2008 until 2013 Kim Ghattas traveled regularly with Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton. In all her roles, Hilary Clinton has always been motivated by a desire to change the world but has also been prepared to be changed by it.
