Story of Ben Cai Lam, who served in the 101st Airborne Division from 1965-1971, even though he was not an American citizen. He was eventually captured by the North Vietmanese and was sent to a "re-education camp". Also tells of his escape and his many unsucessful and successful attempts to flee Vietnam after the war.
