High school detective Jimmy Kudo is fed a substance and is physically transformed into a first grader. He takes on the pseudonym Conan Edogawa. He investigates a diplomat who is found dead in his study. Conan and his friends also investigate a missing person from the local library. He thinks the two investigations are connected, but he must keep himself alive if he wants to find out.
